20cm Step - Fitech VO2 Step

Robust and very durable step for use with fitness assessments. Select your step height for the protocol you require. 

Selecting step height:
12” (30cm) Step –  for those under 40 years of age who regularly take physical exercise.
10 (25cm) Step –  for those over 40 years of age who regularly take physical exercise.
8” (20cm) Step –  for those under 40 years of age who do not regulary exercise and/or are moderately overweight.
6” (15cm) Step –  for those over 40 years of age who do not regulary exercise and under-40’s who are moderately overweight.

For testing the over-60’s use the the lower step heights of 6” or 8”.
